LIMPOPO: RUSSIAN FOLK 'N ROLL Well, ex-patriot Russian folk, anyway, and no strangers to Central Texas, either, having played engagements at the Kerrville Folk Festival, the Saxon Pub, and other outposts more used to cowboy boots than borscht. Sporting bright costumes, perked-up folk tunes with jazz and blues influences, and frontman Yuri Fedorko, who does "amazing acrobatics," you can feel yourself falling into a squatting kickline, can't you? The five-man outfit, led by Fedorko on accordion and guitar, includes Igor Khramov on balalaika and trombone, Michail Luganski on bass and acoustic guitars, Oleg Gorbunov on keyboards, and Oleg Krivenkoff on spoons (a telling reminder of how the new economic policies of the Kremlin have created an austerity of drumsticks). Everyone sings, you know everyone dances, so you know everyone will have a good time. ONE PERFORMANCE ONLY! Fri, Apr 16, 7:30pm, Wozniak Hall, St. Louis Catholic Church, 7601 Burnet. $10 ($5 seniors, students). 454-0384 x202.
